Kaiser High School juniors have been patiently waiting for their class day and it is finally on the way. This year’s class day will take place at the Ice Palace, juniors won’t want to miss this!

Class day will take place on January 19th from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. Transportation will include a provided private bus for students and is the only form of transportation accepted. But don’t forget, once we get back to the school, attendance in your 8th period class is mandatory!

The cost for this exciting trip is $25 per student and will be collected behind the library during lunch starting December 13-15. Make sure to act fast because the last day for refunds is December 20th!

As for the dress code it is suggested that students dress comfy and in casual attire. Socks will be needed for the ice skates so make sure you don’t forget! The bus will arrive at Ice Palace by 9:00 am so make sure you’re wide awake and ready to skate!

If you’re not a big fan of skating but still want to go with your friends there’s no need to be worried. Ice palace also offers an array of arcade games and food will be available for purchase at any time. Keep in mind there is no outside food or drinks allowed inside so be sure to bring some extra money in case you get hungry!

It is crucial that we follow the rules of the ice palace. Student safety is the most important thing. Make sure you’re staying responsible and having fun!

Let’s take a look at what our Kaiser students think of this field trip. Lily Weberston, a Junior, says, “I’m excited to go because I’ve never been ice skating before!”

Because Hawaii is a place that doesn’t get snow or a lot of cold weather, it makes this an experience sure to be new and exciting for many Juniors attending!

Another Junior, Kayden Halper, says, “I’m not really a fan of ice skating but I’m excited to eat the food.”

There’s something for everyone on this class day trip, even the food can be something to look forward to!

Be sure to have lots of fun at Ice Palace and get ready for a day of frosty fun and fantastic memories!
