On Oct 31st, Kaiser saw an amazing crowd of spooky costumes. People who participated in the contest all brought their favorite characters to life, from dog inflatable costumes to dead prom queens and Frankenstein’s wife. During this contest, everyone got to be creative and show off their costume, along with possibly winning a prize.
This event took place on the scariest day during lunch behind the library. Everyone who joined the contest had a different category. People could have been dressed up individually or gone with a cute group costume. The winner of the scariest costume, Sarah, was a dead prom queen; she scared everyone with the fake blood.

The winner of the most original costume was HARRY POTTAH (if you know, you know). Harry won against a Greek god by being a fan favorite. While the Greek god was a close second, he couldn’t beat the infamous books and movies that were brought to life with this reimagined version of Harry Potter. While the costume was original, it also brought some spirit to The Cougar Hous,e and even some Slytherins agreed it was good, along with the Hufflepuffs.
Our staff stole the moon in their minions’ costumes, with Mr. Mew dressing as Gru. The Kaiser staff all dressed up as different types of Minions to close out the contest. By the end of the contest, it was absolutely amazing to see how the teachers came together with our wonderful principal.
